Biometric passport photos rules for the following countries: Belgium, France, Switzerland, E.U, United State, Canada, etc. Elir Photo Studio, Brussels, Ixelles.

Since a few years, all passport photos must comply with I.C.A.O (International Civil Aviation Organization). 

If your photo does not comply, it will be denied by the authorities of the country in question.

When you make your photo, consider:

1. A neutral expression: mouth closed, no smile.
2. Keep your head and shoulders straight, facing the camera.
3. While clearing your face you should: see your forehead, chin and ears.
4. Having the eyes visible: no reflection in the glasses, no tinted glasses, the frame not too wide or that passes the eyes.

We are aware of all the requirements and instructions concerning passports and residency permits photos for Canada. Only one photo must have the business name & address + the date the photo was taken.

• Regarding visa applications for Canada. Please read carefully all the requirements and instructions as therefore the requirements are not the same as for passport and residence permit photos.

• 4 biometric passport photos and id photos for babies from 1 month old minimum to 3 years, price 35 €, every extra printed copy 10 Euros.
